Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Forte Hospitality Group ("Forte," "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Forte is operated by Forte Hospitality Group, 2711 N Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60614.

Only what you choose to send us through a form:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.
• Private event and catering inquiries: your name, email, phone, company, event date and time, guest count, budget and any details you add.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, the position you're interested in, your resume if you attach one, and anything else you tell us.
• Join our list: your email address.

When you visit, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block spam and attacks. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

To answer your messages, plan and confirm events and catering orders, review job applications, send the emails you signed up for, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers that handle information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection, including the Turnstile check on our forms), Supabase (secure storage of form submissions), Resend (delivery of email notifications) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site, which your browser loads from Google). Staff at Forte and its management group, Forte Hospitality Group, can see submissions so they can respond. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Reservations are made through OpenTable, and online orders and gift cards through Toast. When you use those links you leave our site, and those companies' own privacy policies apply.

If you join our list, we'll send occasional news about Forte. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

We keep messages, inquiries and applications only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and for our normal business records. Ask us any time and we'll delete what we hold about you, unless we need to keep it by law.

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
